TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used for this web site to work acquire, when working normally, some personal data that is implicitly transmitted when using internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects. However, by their very nature, these data may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, lead to the identification of the users.

This data category includes IP addresses or dominion names used by users that connect to the web site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the number code that indicates the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operative system and the computing environment of the user.

In this web site these data are used only to obtain anonymous, statistical information on the use of the site and to check if it is functioning correctly. The data may be used to check responsibility in the case of hypothetical IT crimes against the web site. For these data, and only for the above mentioned purpose, consent is not required.

Data voluntarily supplied by the user

Sending an e-mail explicitly and voluntarily to the addresses shown in this web site or completing the form in the specific sections with mandatory and optional fields implies acquiring the sender’s information and address, which is necessary to answer the requests for services and/or information. For these data, and only for the above mentioned purpose, consent is not required.

Using so-called session cookies in this web site means other IT tools that could negatively affect the confidentiality of users’ browsing are not required. This type of cookie does not collect personal data that could identify users.

PROVIDING DATA VOLUNTARILY

With the exception of browsing data, users are free to provide personal data to request services and/or information. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to satisfy the request.

The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes listed in this privacy policy.

TERMS OF PROCESSING

The data controller will process the data for the time needed to achieve the above listed purposes and, in all cases, for no longer than 2 years from when the data were collected for processing.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the G.D.P.R., the data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller access to his/her personal data, to have such data rectified or erased or restrict the processing of the data referring to him/her. The data subject has the right to object to processing and to request data portability.

The request may be made via e-mail or fax or via registered letter, with “request from the data subject” as the subject of the e-mail/fax/letter, specifying which right the data subject wants to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, erasure). A valid e-mail address/certified e-mail address must be provided for a reply.

The data controller, or anyone appointed by the data controller to carry out the task, will satisfy the request within 30 days of receiving it. If the response is complex, the time required may be greater than 30 days and the data subject must be promptly informed of the fact.

If the data subject wants to assert his/her rights, he/she may complain to the competent control authority, which is the Italian Data Protection Authority, address: Palazzo Montecitorio 121, Rome.
