Personal data processing policy

Subject: Personal data processing policy, provided pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679

We are providing this policy to inform you that our company processes your personal data. Data are processed in compliance with the criteria set forth in the European regulation on the protection of personal data, Reg. (EU) 2016/679, effective from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “G.D.P.R.”). According to the above mentioned regulation, processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and of the protection of your privacy and your rights.

The data controller is Saladine S.r.l., represented by the pro tempore legal representative, with registered headquarters in Via Strà, 166 – 37030 Colognola ai Colli (VR) tel.: 0039 0456151920 e-mail: saladine@saladine.it.

The data will be collected with your explicit consent (pursuant to art 6.1, point b, G.D.P.R.) and will be used for the following purposes:

To send you information you requested, for which an explicit consent is not required;

To send you marketing material, for which an explicit consent is required.

Methods: personal data are processed by the data controller or by duly appointed processors for the correct execution of the purposes listed in point 2, using electronic tools or paper-based archives, applying safety measures that guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data and that prevent unauthorised subjects from accessing such information.

Communication: the data may be transmitted to duly appointed internal and external subjects that carry out activities on behalf of the data controller.

The data will not be disclosed to non-EU third countries and there will be no dissemination (e.g. via social networking sites, Internet web sites, etc.). The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes listed in this privacy policy.

 

The data controller will process the data for the time needed to achieve the above listed purposes and, in all cases, for no longer than 2 years from when the relationship for the above listed purposes ends.

 

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller access to his/her personal data, to have such data rectified or erased or restrict the processing of the data referring to him/her. The data subject has the right to oppose data processing and to request data portability.

The request may be made via e-mail or fax or via registered letter, with “request from the data subject” as the subject of the e-mail/fax/letter, specifying which right the data subject wants to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, erasure). A valid e-mail address/certified e-mail address must be provided for a reply.

The data controller, or anyone appointed by the data controller to carry out the task, will satisfy the request within 30 days of receiving it. If the response is complex, the time required may be greater than 30 days and the data subject must be promptly informed of the fact.

If the data subject wants to assert his/her rights, he/she may complain to the competent control authority, which is the Italian Data Protection Authority, address: Palazzo Montecitorio 121, Rome.

The data subject, having read the policy provided pursuant to Reg. (EU) 2016/679, by signing below declares to have understood the purposes and the methods of processing as described in point 2a.
